SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (not including holidays). Although we strive to fulfill and ship all orders the day it is received, there are certain variables that may extend this turnaround time – for example, holidays. Additionally, it is important to note that orders placed after 2pm EST will not ship until the next business day. As such, if an order is placed on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday. Transit times are dependent on the shipping method chosen during checkout and the distance of your delivery location from our warehouse.     

DISCREET SHIPPING

We take your privacy very seriously, so the following precautions are taken to ensure no one gives your special package a second look! All orders are shipped in a plain brown box or padded envelope free of any logos or recognizable features. Additionally, shipping labels are nondescript, displaying the sender's name as Metro. Should you require additional discretion when shipping your order, please contact support@brazzerstoys.com, referencing your order number in the subject line. 

SHIPPING WITHIN DOMESTIC USA 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless otherwise noted. Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier. Packages are dispatched uninsured. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact support@brazzerstoys.com, referencing your order number in the subject line. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package. Brazzers Toys is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, including those shipped to an APO, FPO, or PO Box. 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

International orders are shipped via FedEx International. Prices are calculated using live rates and dependent upon the weight and size of the order along with its destination address. Packages are dispatched uninsured. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact support@brazzerstoys.com, referencing your order number in the subject line. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package. Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Brazzers Toys is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or detained packages. 

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

We have instituted automatic filters in the checkout process that prevents us from shipping to prisons, schools, or places of worship. If you believe your address is triggering one of these filters, please contact  support@brazzerstoys.com.  

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, etc.), we will notify you by email. Should it be determined that the delivery problem was due to an error on the part of BrazzersToys.com, then we will either replace your order or issue a refund. Please allow ten (10) business days to investigate the shipping issue to determine if a replacement or refund will be provided. 

Please note: if an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address in which the customer provided during check out, then it is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the carrier using the tracking number provided to determine why the package was returned to sender. The customer may be provided the opportunity to pick up the package at one of the carrier's local facilities. However, this is solely up to the carrier, and Brazzers Toys can not help facilitate this effort. Additionally, we can not guarantee that your returned package will be delivered back safely to our facilities, but will do our best to locate the package if it is returned, and issue your replacement or refund minus any shipping costs, as soon as possible.
