RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

INTRODUCTION

For health and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our product, another vendor's and/or retailer's product for any reason. However, we recognize that situations may arise where a return or exchange of a product becomes necessary for our valued customers (i.e. warranties). To address this, we have established a comprehensive Returns and Exchanges Policy aimed at facilitating this process while prioritizing the health and well-being of both our customers and employees.

Please be informed that this policy pertains to all purchases made on our BrazzersToy.com only, not product(s) purchased from other retailers. It is important to note that the decision to accept a return or exchange rests solely with Brazzers Toys, as we strive to uphold quality standards and ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If the product(s) you have purchased from us are defective, faulty, wrongly described, incorrectly fulfilled, or different from a sample shown, please contact us at support@brazzerstoys.com within ten (10) days of receiving such product(s) and provide the following information:

  • Your contact information, including name, email and telephone number
  • Order number and/or proof of purchase from brazzerstoys.com
  • Product(s) in question
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Please allow us 24-48 hours to follow-up with you regarding your inquiry, and next steps. For your product(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange, such product(s) must be in their original, untampered packaging, and where applicable, with intact seals or tags. Any sign of use or wear of such product(s) will disqualify the eligibility for a return or exchange. If you are unsure if your order is eligible for a return or exchange, kindly contact us at support@brazzerstoys.com. Our customer support team will help you determine if your purchase is eligible.

PLEASE NOTE:  Buyer’s remorse is not considered defective, faulty, wrongly described, incorrectly fulfilled, or different from a sample shown. In cases of buyer’s remorse, you will not be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization. 


GIFT CARDS OR MERCHANDISE CREDITS

Unfortunately, gift cards and/or merchandise credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash once they are issued by us. 


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to return your purchased product(s), please follow the process below:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@brazzerstoys.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a return or exchange.
  2. Once approved for a return or exchange, our customer service team will provide you with next steps in the return process via email.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days upon receipt of your package to process your return or exchange. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (not including holidays).

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Kindly note that, we do not provide return labels except in instances where the return is a result of an error on our part (see instances above). Additionally, packages lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the sender. We are not obligated to issue a refund, credit, or exchange for purchased product(s) lost or damaged during its return to us. Please contact the shipping carrier to inquire further about your lost and/or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition. If this rare situation occurs, we will do our best to notify the customer to make them aware. At the sender’s expense, unsuitable product(s) will be sent back to the sender in the condition received.
